1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or enrolling in classes, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Subscription & billing

envivo inglés is a monthly subscription billed at $80/month. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

3. Classes & attendance

Live classes happen twice per week by Zoom. We do our best to keep your group and schedule consistent. If you miss a class, materials and recap notes will be available in your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to participate respectfully in classes and not to record, share, or redistribute any class content without written permission.

5. Refunds

If something isn't working for you, contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll work with you on a fair resolution.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-product.
